Our CEO year came full circle with a visit from Seth Knopp who was accompanied by Clay County CEO alum, James Harrell. Seth spoke to us about entrepreneurship, personal growth, and preparing for the future. He reminded us of a recurring theme from the year: surround yourself with people who are achieving the kind of success you want and living the life you aspire to. Hearing this message again at the end of the year reinforced its importance as we move forward.
He encouraged us to get to know ourselves, discover what we’re truly passionate about, and always be curious — asking questions and seeking opportunities to learn. Seth also shared a number of valuable resources, referencing authors, books, and podcasts that can guide us as we continue our entrepreneurial and personal development journeys.
His visit served as a thoughtful and inspiring conclusion to a year full of growth, reminding us to stay intentional, keep learning, and never stop pursuing the life we want to build.
