This week, our class met with company president Kelly Roepke at Y-Yard Auto & Truck, Inc. Kelly took us on a tour around the facility. We got to learn how the automotive recycling business operates and walked through each step of the process.

One of my favorite parts was learning about some of the software used to plan routes for delivering parts. Mrs. Roepke spoke about teamwork and how everyone is important to the business's success. If you remove one part of the system, it will all fall apart.
