TEAM BUILDING: COMPLETE! 💪

We wrapped up our three-week team-building series at Oil Belt Christian Service Camp, and what a way to finish!

Over the past few weeks, every challenge has pushed our young professionals to communicate, problem-solve, trust one another, and figure out how to operate as one team. This week, they put all of those lessons together to conquer the ultimate challenge — The Wall!

We successfully made it up and over a 9-foot wall, relying completely on teamwork, strategy, trust, and plenty of encouragement from one another. What a win for this group! 🙌

They also tackled the marble track challenge, working together to move a marble down sections of PVC pipe without dropping it while continuously passing the track pieces from one place to the next. Once again, communication and coordination were everything.

The activities may be over, but the real goal was never just to conquer a jump rope, Mohawk Walk, Whale Watch, marble track, or wall. It was to break down barriers and build up a team that will depend on one another throughout the year.

A huge thank you to Tre Schlief for once again investing his time and energy into our students. Tre is always willing to be part of our success, and we truly couldn’t do this without him!

Now, let’s see what this team can accomplish together this year!
