This week in CEO, we had Alec Ring from Ring Financial come speak to us about how to build a life of good choices.

One of my biggest takeaways was that character + work ethic + consistency can beat talent. Talent can only take you so far, but having good character, working hard, and staying consistent can make a huge difference over time.

Another takeaway was that life compounds. Our habits, reputation, money, relationships, faith, and health all build up over time based on the choices we make every day. Small choices may not seem like much at first, but they can have a big impact later on.

Thank you to Alec Ring for taking the time to come speak to our CEO class and share your experience and advice with us!
