This week, we traveled to Oil Belt Christian Service Camp for week one of our three-week team-building series with Tre Schlief.

Tre led the class through several challenges designed to get students communicating, problem-solving, and working together. As our new CEO students continue getting to know one another; these activities reinforced an important lesson: our individual strengths matter, but we accomplish more when we learn how to work as one team.

There were plenty of laughs, a little frustration, some trial and error, and a whole lot of learning along the way — exactly what team building should look like!

Thank you, Tre and Oil Belt, for helping us begin laying the foundation for a strong CEO team. We’re looking forward to seeing how this group grows over the next two weeks — and throughout the year!
