✅ Day 2

We hit the ground running by taking our DISC personality assessment and going over expectations.

One of our main goals right now is taking time to learn about one another and take students from four different schools and build one well-oiled machine. Today, we used an old-fashioned show and tell to learn more about each other.

🏈 Football made him feel part of a team and has shaped who he is
🚐 Traveled with Youth to Springfield and Youth to Washington and loves museums
📖 Looks for mentors via authors who write about business
🏅 Uses running as an outlet and runs 1/2 Marathons
🏠 Moved here recently and will learn so much this year about Clay County
👁️ Has had surgery to keep her eyes from excessively watering
🐮 Shows cows, and it makes her a little sad to sell her show cow...until she gets the check
📯 Used an actual horn in her car when her car horn didn't work
🐶 Has a pillow with a photo of her dog on it so her pup is always with her
🎣 Started his first business by making his own fishing bait
🕊️ Drives with a dove decoy attached to his car that has survived high speeds and has never been stolen
🎾 Enjoys the mental and physical challenge of tennis
🔨 Went on a life-changing mission trip to Guatemala to build a home for a family
🧳 Traveled to FCCLA Nationals in Washington, DC, and holds a state office position
🎨 We have an artist among us whose favorite medium is watercolor
🩼 Learned the power of perseverance when he broke his leg last year
⚾ Has a passion for baseball and hopes to follow his passion into college
🏌️ May have paid a bit too much for a golf driver and will stick to football
