Today, our CEO class visited Charm Hair Company and heard from owner Molly Lewis about her journey as an entrepreneur. Molly shared how she started young by selling eggs and quickly learned important skills like working with customers and building relationships.
She emphasized that success comes from being intentional, loving what you do, and truly connecting with your clients. One of her biggest pieces of advice was to focus on yourself and not compare your journey to others—your only competition is who you were yesterday. She also encouraged us to know our “why” and stay grounded in our values.
Molly also shared the meaning behind the name Charm Hair Company, which was inspired by Proverbs 31:30. She explained that it reflects the idea that who you are and how you treat others is more important than outward appearance, something she strives to carry into her business and client relationships.
