Clay County CEO class was visited by Bill Atwood, the founder of North Wayne Insurance Agency, recently. Mr. Atwood spoke to us about the different types of insurance offered and the perks of getting insurance policies through an independent agency. But most importantly, his positive outlook on life and big focus on customer service showed us that a person can differentiate their business in many different ways, especially in a small town.
