The Clay County CEO class traveled to ServPro in Effingham for a hands-on learning experience with Ryan Spicer. Students gained insight into business development, the importance of building strong relationships, and what it truly means to serve your community. The visit also included a water extraction exercise, giving students a real look at the work that goes into restoration beyond just fire and water damage. They learned that customer connections matter. ServPro is often the first outreach a client has after experiencing a disaster.

Experiences like this highlight one of the greatest benefits of CEO — the ability to build meaningful connections that last far beyond the classroom.
