Our class recently traveled to the North Avenue Beauty Bar in Flora to hear from Co-owners, Morgan and Danny, and the rest of the crew, Trisha, Samantha, and Sarah.
We started the visit with a tour of the Beauty Bar along with an explanation of each role they play in the business.
When discussing all business aspects with the wonderful people at the Beauty Bar, us students were left with incredible advice. We were told how important your business culture is and how to grow with your customer base. My favorite quote was when Danny mentioned to “Surround yourself with people that know more than you do.”
