The Clay County CEO class had the opportunity to hear from Heather Greenwood, Director of the AHEC Program at Wabash General Hospital and a Clay County CEO Board Member, on Tuesday, December 17th.

Heather shared her journey and offered valuable advice on learning through experience, job shadowing, finding your passion, and defining success beyond money. She also discussed financial responsibility, the importance of investing wisely, and the value of organization and accurate records.

In addition, Heather shared insight into her business, Florine Swim Co., including the inspiration behind the brand, thoughtful branding, and pitching tips such as knowing your facts, connecting emotionally, and thanking judges for their time.
