Clay County CEO class had the opportunity to visit Y-Yard Auto & Truck, Inc in Effingham, where we heard from Kelly Roepke, the president of the company. Kelly shared how the business has grown and changed over the years and gave us a behind-the-scenes look at what happens there every day.

She talked about the importance of their Mission, Vision, and Values, which help keep the company focused and moving in the right direction. Kelly also encouraged us to create our own vision for our class business to help us stay inspired and on track.

Thank you, Kelly, for taking time out of your day to share your knowledge and experiences with us. We really enjoyed spending our morning at The Y-Yard!
