Our CEO class visited The State Bank Suite in Louisville, where we were hosted by Josh Zink. The Zink family are long time owners of rental properties and group homes (John Zink Real Estate). Josh shared with us the history of “State Bank” being a part of the Louisville community since 1905. He taught us about real estate and how his job works throughout the town and neighboring areas. Josh then let us tour the suite. It was amazing to see how much they had restored it. @zink
Thank you, Josh, for taking time out of your day to meet with the Clay County CEO class!
